December 1946 subgroup formed to establish a central registry of persons tested by approved psychologists. Register lodged with the Vocational Guidance Bureau of the Commonwealth Employment Service. Co-operating bodies make monthly returns of the names of persons tested, their ages and dates of testing. Approved persons or institutions can be informed by application to the REgistry whether or not a person has been tested and by whom.
