Description | CD sound recording, transferred from reel-to-reel tape, of the recollections of Professor R.B.Cattell (1905-1998), Honorary Fellow of the British Psychological Society in conversation with Professor Frank W.Warburton, Department of Education, University of Manchester recorded at the Lab of Personality Assessment and Group Behaviour, University of Illinois at Urbana in 1961 (side 2).
Catell mentions working with Charles Spearman, his post at a clinic in Leicester, his time in America, E.L.Thorndike, Clark University, Harvard and current laboratory work.
Side 2 also contains a recording of an unknown American speaker on tests etc.
Running time: c 60mins.
A shorthand (22-pages) and a 3-page incomplete typed longhand transcription are available.
