The above interviews were recorded for the Brain Science Briefing series which contained cassette recordings of hour long conversations with leading figures in the neurosciences.
These interviews were recorded to give a unique insight into the ideas and philosophy behind the contributions the scientist had made to our understanding of psychology and neurophysiology.
The interviewee was encouraged to discuss the nature of his past, his current research projects and his predictions about future developments in the field at the time of the recordings (1973).
