To be considered for publication by the British Psychological Society and The Runnymede Trust/British Psychologcial Society Joint Working Party on Employment Assessment and Racial Discrimination report. Aims to present guidelines on issues of racial or unfair discrimination in the fields of assessment and selection for employment.
