AdminHistoryThe Council for National Academic Awards (CNAA) was the National degree-awarding authority in the United Kingdom between 1965 and 1993. The CNAA and the BPS negotiated arrangements to enable students completing Bachelors degree courses through credit accumulation and transfer programmes to achieve recognition of their degrees for subsequent professional purposes.
