AdminHistoryThe report of The Data Protection Act 1984 and the Access to Personal Files Act 1987 were superseded by the Data Protection Act 1998 (incorporating the EU Data Protection Directive 1995). This was replaced by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force 25 May 2018.
