AdminHistoryThe NHS/DHSS Steering Committee on Health Service Information, chaired by Mrs Edith Korner, focused on deployment of clinical resources and the need to ensure that resources were well targeted. They produced a series of reports between 1982 and 1984. Report 4 on Paramedical Services (physiotherapy, chiropody and speech therapy) was published in 1983 recommended minimum data sets which were to be implemented by 1988.
