AdminHistory | Fund set up by Alec Rodger (1907-1982) former President and Honorary Secretary of the British Psychological Society in 1976 from monies gathered during his work on vocational guidance and was to be used tp conduct research into occupational psychology and manpower studies. It was named after his father Dr T Ritchie Rodger. Since 1983 the fund have also been paying for an annual Alec Rodger Memorial Lectures held at Birkbeck College to honour the department’s legacy and the influence of one of its founding members. |
