DescriptionReport titled 'Spargo Ratings and B.L.A. Follow-Up' (no. 214) by Philip E. Vernon.
The report presents results of a variance analysis of the Spargo and BLA assessments within the context of armed forces. The report found a correlation between the two, and, assuming the reliability of these measures, stated that there must have been considerable differences in behaviour between Army Training and operations in France and germany.
