DescriptionReport titled 'ASDIC Pre-Selection Tests.' (no. 104) by Philip E. Vernon.
The report outlines the details of a sample that has completed a number of standardised tests, selected from a broader group by exceeding a required minimum mark. The sample has also completed a number of SP Tests, which have then been intercorrelated. Based on these calculations, the chances of success in the training course have been calculated, as predicted by the various tests. The same estimates are calculated for the top scorers of the sample.
