DescriptionReport titled 'Further Consideration of ASDIC Pre-Selection Tests.' (no. 104b) by Philip E. Vernon.
The report follows up on report no. 104, considering the possibilities of trainees being wrongfully rejected before the start of their training course based on their low selection test scores, although the overall number of these occurences should be low, according to calculations. To further improve on this scheme, a new test is suggested to be taken by individuals who have successfully passed their selection tests.
