DescriptionReport titled 'Further Results with a Class of F.A.A. Pilots.' (no. 103b) by Philip E. Vernon.
The report is a follow up on report no. 103. With more course outcomes available, calculations for the validity of entry tests on predicting the outcome have been made. It has been found that the S.M.A. 3 test has good predictability for higher scorers, whereas the T2 test is has potential to estimate the pass-fail rates at different score levels.
