DescriptionReport titled 'Proposed Test for Recognition of Sounds, To Be Used in the Selection of S.D.O.s.' (no. 85).
The report explains the potential usefulness of a test able to assess sound recognition abilities among S.D.O. trainees. Various possibilities of conducting such test are presented, given the technological realities of the time. A rough target outline of the test is presented, however, the caveat is made that implementing the test may bring little improvement to S.D.O. selection.
