| Description | Report titled 'Follow-Up of F.A.A. Pilots and Observers.' (no. 68) by Philip E. Vernon.
The report outlines a group of 350 Pilots, and their overall training outcome scores. These were then correlated with a number of SP tests, yielding varying results. The predictions for final scores are then established based on these correlations. The report is supplemented by comments related to the selection of Fleet Air Arm Pilots. |
