The report provides an overview of the performance rates within naval gunnery courses based on numerous test factors. These include the Aiming Test and Eye-shooting test, and the statistical analyses for the efficiency of those is included in the report. The correlations and diagnostic values of each implemented test factor is discussed. The report concludes by outlining the novelty of conducting tests specifically for naval gunners.
