| Description | Report titled 'Follow Up of J.Perms(M/V).' (no. 199) by Philip E. Vernon.
The report outlined multiple components of the test used on the training course in Watford for Junior Probationary Engine Room Mechanics. The components included Oxyacetylene Welding, Sheet Metal Work, and a number of other items, which were further analysis for any mutual correlation. Further, the report considers the trainees' civilian occupation's impact on test results. |
