The report highlights how proficiency scores were calculated for a groupd of 131 trainees. The group first completed a series of tests on intake, and another battery of performance tests halfway through their training. The group was the rates on a proficiency scale, and a relationship between the intake tests and the proficiency scale was investigated. Out of the group, 16 men have failed their training due to low proficiency scores.
