Description | Report titled 'S.P. Test Follow-Up Report No. 6.' (no. 24) by Philip E. Vernon. The report explains that although it may not be possible to receive reputational gradings for all trainees in a given cohort, obtaining scores of those regarded as the best 10% and worst 10% is more feasible. One method of validating such data is wastage coefficients. This is defined in detail in the report, alongside contingency methods. Another outlined strategy is the biserial r method. |
