Description | Report titled 'R.D.F. Operators: Statistical Results.' (no. 15) by Philip E. Vernon. The report focuses on operators from HMS Valkyrie and HMS Mercury. The overall scores on performance and ability tests for both ships are presented in a table. The distribution of schooling levels across the individuals in the two ships are also presented, alongside subjects the individuals liked best. There were no trends found between performance and age. The report concludes that Grade E's should be eliminated. Favourite subject at school may be a good indicator, but age does not impair performance. |
