The report outlines that due to circumstantial opportunities, a vast group of Air Fitters and Air Mechanics have been retested using the same tests as on admission to the Navy. The paper outlines the progerssion of various score-based groups across the tests in comparison to the tests completed on intake. Data tables and statistical analysis are provided.
