The report outlines results of an investigation into the training progress of drivers. The analyses included in the report involve correlations of experience and performance, age and training and time spent training in relation to progress. The report also goes into detail on the particular reasons for poor perofmance in some instances. It concludes that almost anyone can be trained given sufficient time and energy, however, there are certain intake recommendadions relating to the age of the trainees. Data tables are included in the main text.
