The report is a compilation of a number of results from various tests of ability performed on a sample of recruiting assistants. The report first outlines the classification of gradings, moving onto general findings of the various tests. Extensive data tables are provided, with thorough analyses accompanying the statistical results. In the latter part, the report outlines a number of personality traits and their characteristics, as well as the type of individual likely to display those. The relationship of age and intelligence is further explored. A summary of conclusions and recommendations is provided.
