Description | Report titled 'Notes on the Assessment and Structure of Mechanical Ability.' (no. 145) by Philip E. Vernon. The report begins by outlining and decsirbing the various tests of ability used in performance evaluation. These tests were administered to a number of mechanics, and correlation were calculated of the validity and reliability of the tests and of their correlation with actual performance. The report continues further with similar content, outlining new tests and providing details descriptions of their usecase, while supplying the document with statistical analysis and data tables. |
