DescriptionReport titled 'Follow-up of Coders.' (no. 136) by Philip E. Vernon.
The report reviews the course performance of Coders upon training completion. It is mentioned that those who performed better on theory tests generally performed better at practical tests as well. It is noted that the variations between classes of coders may have been due to variations in quality of intake, which was taken into consideration in the further correlation analyses. The training results were correlated with other performance tests, as well as the trainees' civilian occupations. The report is supplemented with a general summary.
