The report focuses in detail on the use and structure of SP Tests. It begins by outlining its most common usecase, and follows with a detailed description of each SP test currently in use. The interpretation guide for SP scores is included, outlining the various classifications that test takers can fall into. The report further outlines general guidelines for mental age and IQ of trainees, retesting and conditions of testing, as well as described the 'No Rigidity' rule. The report is supplemented by a number of data tables, the explanations for which are described. What follows is a detailed outline of specified roles within the army, including pilots, officers and telegraphists. For each of these instances, the duties, training, pay, requirements and test standards are outlined. The report concludes with a proposed method of expressing follow-up results with SP Tests.
