Description | Report titled 'Guide to Admiralty SP Tests. Part II.' (no. 124) by Philip E. Vernon. The report is a supplement to Part I, and focuses on summarising the investigations on which Part I data tables are based. It begins by outlining the differences between collecting data in the Navy and in the Army. The main factor contributing to the comprehensivess of data collected is the requirement to provide supplementary information for each trainee, including their SP Records, age, civilian occupation and any other test scores. The report then further delves into the purpose, as well as shortcommings of collecting such data. Based on the contents summary on the front page, it seems the report is missing a number of sections. |
