The report outlines the training outcomes of three groups of cooks. Each of them have taken part in a practical and oral examination. The ratings are evaluated in terms of passes and fails, and in terms of the location of the training. The exam results are then correlated with the SP Test results. The impact of previous experience is discussed. A statistical appendix is attached.
