DescriptionReport titled 'The S.P. Test Requirements of Various Types of R.D.F. Operators.' (no. 109) by Philip E. Vernon.
The report begins with a descrption of the current state of R.D.F. trainings, with schools reporting higher failure rates, and as such the necessity for greater training groups and longer courses. Current correlations of course results and SP Tests are presented. The way in which course marks are calculated, and their distribution at two periods of time is outlined. A few of the tests aim to specifically calculate the intellectual ability of different types of trainees, which is presented in data tables. Further correlations of each type with further SP Tests are detailed. The report concludes with a number of final correlations, such as impact of age on the course outcome. The report is supplemented with a non-technical summary.
