The 16 PF is an individual or group test designed to give the most complete personality profile possible in a brief period of time. The 16PF measures sixteen independent psychological dimensions, isolated in more than four decades of factor-analytic research on typical and clinical populations. These dimensions include, submissive-dominant, shy-bold, conservative-experimenting, practical-imaginative, group-oriented-self-sufficient.
