ActivityThe British Psychological Society Division of Clinical Psychology HIV Special Interest Group was established in 1989, and broadened to include sexual health in 1999. It was renamed the HIV and Sexual Health Faculty in 2002. It aims to:

" Foster effective psychological services to people affected by HIV and sexual health issues.
" Raise awareness of psychological issues in HIV and sexual health work.
" Provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of findings and experience in psychological services and research in these areas.
" Facilitate communication and support among psychologists and other professionals working in the field.
