| Activity | The first sub-system within the British Psychological Society to cater for professional needs was the Committee of Professional Psychologists (CPP) which later (1959) gave rise to separate English and Scottish Divisions of Professional Psychologists (EDPP & SDPP). In 1967 the SDPP changed name to the Scottish Division of Educational & Child Psychology (SDEP) to respond to the creation of the Division of Clinical Psychology. Shared Scottish office in Glasgow with Scottish branch from January 2001.
In 2022, the SDEP set up the Anti-Racist Network for Educational Psychologists in Scotland.
