DescriptionFile consists of 1-white envelope, 1- clear plastic folder and 20- folders with tabs.
The box file has a wallet holder pasted to the inside which contains a 7- page printed listing of Cherns' papers which may or may not have been published between 1972-1976

The white envelope is marked 'Samuel Gurney Trust' and contains 3-typed letters between Cherns and Julian J.Knox,Sept.-Nov.1986, 2-typed letters between Cherns and John Irvine, Nov.1986, 7-page typed document concerning a consultation by The Samuel Gurney Trust on the 13th November 1986 and a 4-page printed document of an extract from a report by Julian Knox to the Chairman, Shell International plc, 1985

The clear plastic folder contains a 25-page typed and photocopied document entitled 'Community and Education Project for Beta Yisrael Van Leer Foundation, Work Plan March 1, 1986- February 28, 1987, Chasia Levin, Project Director ', 1- handwritten handout for a 'Workshop for Steering Staff and Steering Committee: Project Beta Yisrael (Van Leer) Beersheva'
and 4-handwritten pages of notes entitled 'Project and Community' dated Sunday 1, Jan.1986, Coop. Gan and 1- handwritten seating plan

The 20- folders all contain details of Cherns' published and unpublished work.The folders have tabs to their sides indicating the year ,in ascending order from 1971 to 1973, the details are:
