DescriptionEnvelope 1: 'BPS Centenary Conf 2001: 1+ 3' Contains three smaller envelopes of 6 x 4" printed colour photographs and 35 mm negatives from the Annual Conference and one compact disc of digitised versions - of what appear to be rolls 1 & 3 of film taken at the BPS Centenary Annual Conference.Photographs include registration desk and some speakers. 1 envelope out of the 3 includes annotated names on the back. Includes photographs of staff on the registration and info desk, on the journals desk, and also photographs of Claire Moynihan; Susan Michie; Sonia Sharp; Garcia Viki; Johnathan Smith; Adrian Coyle; James Hartley. Also shows photographs of the Psychology Bus, Registration, Information and Journals desks; and construction of displays prior to the conference beginning.

Envelope 2: 'BPS Centenary Conf 2001: 2 + Fireworks' Contains two smaller envelopes of 6 x 4" printed colour photographs and 35mm negatives from the Annual Conference and one compact disc of digitised versions - of what appears to be rolls 2 & 6 of film taken at the BPS Centenary Annual Conference, plus an additional roll of photographs of a firework display during the Annual Conference to celebrate. Roll 2 includes photographs of Tommy Mackay's public lecture - the future of psychology; a ceremony; and a dinner with Tommy Mackay, a haggis and a ceilidh.

Envelope 3: 'BPS Centenary Conf 2001: Fireworks' Contains two smaller envelopes of 6 x 4" printed colour photographs and 35 mm negatives from the Annual Conference and one compact disc of digitised versions - of photographs of a firework display during the Annual Conference to celebrate.

Envelope 4: 'BPS Centenary Conf 2001: 4': Contains two smaller envelopes of 7 x 5" printed colour photographs and 35 mm negatives from the Annual Conference and one compact disc of digitised versions. The photographs appear to be from roll 4. Includes photographs of the banner of Finnieston Cr ane; The Centenary Cake, a picture of a person cutting the cake [? Vicki Bruce, Centenary President]; External views of the Glasgow SECC Conference Centre; Pictures of the unveilling of the Centenary Plaque at the Glasgow SECC, by the Mayor of Glasgow. Pictures of two unidentified speakers.

Envelope 5: 'BPS Annual Conf. Glasgow 2001': Contains 3 smaller envelopes containing a mixture of 6 x 4" and 7 x 5" printed colour photographs and 35 mm negatives from the Annual Conference 2001 in Glasgow. The photographs show social events during the annual conference, Dancing; Staff dinner party [including Lisa Morrison Coultard]; Roulette; Haggis; Individuals including Ingrid Lunt. [no compact disk for these items - ask Lisa Morrison Coultard to identify]

Envelope 6: 'BPS Centenary Conf. 2001: 6+10': Contains one smaller envelope of 6 x 4" printed colour photographs and 35 mm negatives from the Annual Conference 2001, and one compact disc of digitised versions - of what appears to be rolls 6 and 10 of film taken at the BPS Centenary Annual Conference. Roll 6 includes photographs of individuals, some of which have annotated names added to the back. Annotated names include: Martin Seligman; Ken Richardson; Les Smith; Katherine Johnson; Shauna Kewney; Dianne Houston; Konstain Loumidis; Hilary Matheson; Ken Richardson; Anthony Monstead; Guy Claxton; John Pickering; and others unidentified.

Envelope 7 'BPS Centenary Conf 2001: 7+8' Contains two smaller envelopes of 6 x 4" printed colour photographs and 35 mm negatives from the Annual Conference 2001, and one compact disck of digitised versions, of what appears to be rolls 7 and 8 of film taken at the BPS Centenary Annual Conference. Photographs include images of a visual timeline display for the centenary; staff dressed in Edwardian costume; various exhibition stands; images from the BBC "Any Questions?" programme recorded at the Annual Conference, featuring Johnathan Dimbleby; Alistair Darling MP; Sir Malcolm Rifkind; Alan Beith MP; John Swinney MSP; Lisa Jenkinson. Alson included are various pictures of individual speakers, some identified, including: Michael Posner, David Sherman, John Davies; Dennis Howitt; Duncan Cramer; Martyn Newman; Barbara Wilson.

Envelope 8: 'BPS Centenary Conf 2001: Misc': Contains three smaller envelopes of assorted 6 x 4" and 7 x 5" printed colour photographs and 35 mm negatives, of various individuals at the annual conference. Some photographs have been annotated on the reverse to identify individuals. These include: Erica Burman; Margaret Wetherall; David Clark-Carter; Rhona Flin; Halla Belloff; Anthony Dicknson; Gerint Rees; June Henry; Dave Peot; Mark Velmans.
