DescriptionPhotograph of visit by the Sverige Psykologforbundet (Swedish Psychological Society) to the British Psychological Society 10-12 September 2018 (Andrea FInkel-Gates, Sarb Bajwa and Ulrika Eskner Skoger (CEO of the Swedish Psychologial Society). The visit was organised Andrea Finkel-Gates, BPS Director of Membership and Qualifications. The visit consisted of a number of workshops, providing an overview of what we do (Accreditation of undergraduate education and postgraduate training in the UK, current challenges, our work within policy and its impact in research and practice, of our membership function, the psychological testing centre and communications (the public perception of psychology and engagement) plus a visit to the University of Leicester to meet with the programme team for the doctorate in clinical psychology.
