| Description | Black and white group photographic postcard taken during a joint Mind Association, the Aristotelian Society and the British Psychological Society philosophy/psychology symposium on ‘Repression and Forgetting’ held at Durham Univeristy, 3-6 July 1914 on reverse of the card postmarked 24 August 1914 from C W Valentine Rosewood Terrace West Park Dundee to T H Pear 18 Chatham Grove Manchester.
'Here is a reminder of our jolly weekend ("dreamy") [sic] at Durham! It was snapped before breakfast on the last day. Have you had a good vac. we go to Gareloch ? for September and ? for ? Belfast for the Education chair interviews on the 2nd German mines permitting. I asked my publishers to send you a copy of my book of Exp Psych and Education. I know you don't get one and I wiil see you have a copy. C. W. Valentine.
